The Objective: The Hills Wine Bar was already a beloved fixture in Surrey Hills, but they needed a digital strategy that matched the calibre of their fine wine list and hand-stretched pizzas. Our mission was to transition the brand from a neighbourhood secret to a "must-visit" destination for food and wine enthusiasts across the greater Melbourne area.

The Strategy: We initiated a full brand elevation, replacing dated visuals with premium, high-fidelity videography and photography that captured the venue’s sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. Central to our strategy was the integration of "experience-led" marketing. We worked closely with the venue to promote a rotating calendar of live events—ranging from art exhibitions to live music—positioning The Hills as a hub of culture and innovation. To extend their reach, we facilitated strategic collaborations with major Melbourne influencers, allowing the brand to tap into expansive, organic networks beyond the local suburb.

The Results
