The Objective: When we began our partnership with Daniel Son in Murrumbeena, the goal was to transform a high-quality local cafe into a scalable brand with city-wide appeal. We aimed to modernise their digital presence to capture a younger demographic while simultaneously deepening their roots within the local community to drive sustainable, record-breaking revenue growth.
The Strategy: Our approach centred on a dual-layered growth model: "Viral Reach" paired with "Community Connection." We utilised high-energy, authentic content across Instagram and TikTok to position Daniel Son as a destination worth the travel for Melbourne’s younger food enthusiasts. Simultaneously, we brokered strategic collaborations with local Murrumbeena businesses and Melbourne-based influencers to foster hyper-local brand awareness and long-term customer loyalty.
The Results
